The winery is located in the region Binissalem between Inca and Sencelles, 30 minutes by car from Palma de Mallorca.

From 2000 to 2004, four grape varieties - Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Syrah and the indigenous variety Manto Negro - were lovingly cultivated on 5 hectares. In 2015, we were able to purchase an adjoining plot of land. Our first white grapes - Chardonnay and Macabeu - are growing on this ¾ hectare.

In summer 2015 we were finally able to move into the newly built winery and the 2015 vintage harvest was vinified and bottled in the winery first time.

Since then, our doors have been open to visitors for wine tastings, wine sales and events. In addition to a spacious tasting room, our guests can enjoy our wines on the terrace nearby the vineyards or on our beautiful roof terrace: with a unique view of the small village of Sencelles and the Tramontana mountains.
