In order to develop his good qualities a good vintner has to develop and attain maturity – just like a good wine.
With our vintner Stefan Winterling we have found an expert who has enjoyed a good in-depth training and has gained experience abroad, but, above all, who works passionately for Son Campaner.
Coming from a German winemaking family Stefan Winterling worked for well-known companies in Germany and California after he had completed his oenology studies. He now has been working as a vintner in Majorca since 2008 and he is well familiar with the island’s wines.
Since April 2011 Stefan Winterling is responsible for the wines of Son Campaner.
“The aim is to produce authentic Majorca wines – wines with elegance and character. Son Campaner has a great deal of potential, which is an enormous incentive for us to be able to achieve great things.”
Paul Faurie is in charge of the administrative and commercial management of the winery.
Originally from the south west of France and passionate about wine he worked in Bordeaux wineries. He graduated in business management in the United States and Spain.
